He would have missed the 2nd SB, right? The 30-13 win in SB 28. He was sharp and precise in SB 27.

Then Id say it was a dumb thing to do and be pissed at Romo for cheating.

Edelman never even missed a down and the only reason there was any stoppage after the play was to check the spot because Edelman tried advancing the ball another 15 or so yards after taking the hit.

It was a big hit but there was no indication that Julian was hurt. If a big hit is all it takes to call in to question whether or not a team is skirting the concussion rules than the Seahawks would have to be just as guilty because one of their players was also involved in the collision.
