Did We Just Get Homer'd?

I'm feeling a little better now and finally stopped kicking my dog and breaking stuff but did we just get homer'd? We all had the big homer hopes of spanking the Gnats, getting revenge, and moving fwd with a lead. All of us except for half the team that is.

So now what? Did their pride feel a sting or do they not even care? Can Wade rally the men or will he just pass out kool-aid? The homer in me says they finally get it and we win out, ok let me rephrase that, the total homer in me. Do we get homer'd again?

These guys still think they can just show up and win. There are a few that play there ***** off, guys like Brooking for example. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about some chingasos (Fist fights) in the locker room this week or on the practice field. If we don't hear about it or if they just don't happen then I doubt we even make the play offs this year. The attitude needs to be adjusted and only leaders can make it happen....

Wade: Uhhh, yeah, well, u know. Yeah, well, uhh, u know. We didn't make plays and we gave up plays but everything will be ok. No I won't be giving the boys Monday off. Oh wait my pastry class has a meet up today. Scratch that. I'm going to increase the tempo of the walk thru's, maybe I'll hire that dj again...

I know that he won't say anything of much interest.But it is fun to see the frustration on Wade's face when Engel (who I despise) and a few others try to goad him into an exchange.

I look at Wades body language when he says something alot though.Sometimes i'm not convinced that Wade is really sure of any decision he makes going by his body language though.
