Lose to all division teams in a "winner take all" scenario in the final game the last 3 years?

First let me apologize to all all those Garrett bashers because tonight proved that they were right about how poorly coached this "team"...if you can even call it that - is.

I was wrong in believing that Garrett was making a difference because it is quite clear that he isn't. He is a problem but in my opinion he isn't the only problem either. There is some real dysfunction within this organization and I really don't see anyone that could come in and clean the mess without telling the GM to step away.

I didn't believe we would win this game but the person I feel bad for is Orton because our crazy GM hyped this guy from the get-go and told us fans that he was more than capable.

And if you look at Orton's stats and watched him play tonight he did an admirable job but once again we played dumb again by not protecting the football. Murray's fumble on the first drive, Witten's bobble-INT, and the final pick to seal the deal. Which is more on Orton but considering he's been riding the pine all year it's hard to fault a timing throw that was late from a backup QB.

If Romo would have played who knows what would have happened because he's 0-2 in those situations as well. This year alone has been an eye-opening season for me in watching him have a good OL with a good RB because Tony has favored the pass over the run too. So to pin it on just coaches is unfair because Romo has more than once ad-libbed on his own on more than a few occasions that have cost us and won us games. You just have to live with the good and the bad when he does that. That's what you get from Romo with this current regime and unless you bring in a coach that is going to handcuff his abilities on the field than you should be careful for what you wish for. I keep asking myself if Romo will ever lead a team to the Super Bowl and I really don't know if he could even if he were given all the tools he needed - even a new HC. You just don't know which Romo is going to show up in the 4th qtr.

What is more concerning about Romo is his back injury history and how will he be going forward. This type of injury is not to be take lightly or brushed off easily.

This franchise is in a delicate situation right now that needs drastic change in order to flip that arrow upwards. We have some declining talent that is taking up large chunks of the cap and we have some young star players that need to be extended or have new contracts done. We also need to infuse this team with some real talent and flush the declining guys out. There are only a few of teams that have been able to do this and I don't know how anyone can sit here and say that this current front office can competently make those decisions because we all seem to be still waiting for that day to come.

I'm not counting on this GM to get things done right nor do I believe that if Garrett stays will he continue to churn the roster with the right players. If Garrett leaves than who does Jones bring in so that he can continue to dabble in player acquisitions and talent evaluation?

Ladies and gentlemen...I present you the Dallas Cowboys a group of individuals that don't know how to be a team because the men at the top don't know either.

What a joke we've become and what a sad day it is to be a Cowboys fan.
