I noticed this. Great leadership and communication skills. Dak's ability to somewhat reign Dez in so to speak and command the respect of one of the team's most talented yet "volatile" personalities is so key. A big part of Dak's success. We can go all the way back the story of training camp when Dak corrected Dez for not running a two minute drill properly. Success this year is not some accident or happenstance. Dak is winning off the field and in the locker room. What you see on Sunday's is simply a manifestation of hard work, trust and communication.

This is what we have needed for a long time at QB here. A leader, a winner.

The back shoulder throw needs to become a staple between these two guys. Dez does not get separation on a consistent basis. Especially running 9 routes. So the back shoulder becomes an important weapon in this case.
