I dont know the name of the formation but.
it looks like this

-----------------X--X1------
-----------------------------
----------------------------
-----------X--X-------------
The formation isnt exactly right because I dont remember it exactly but it looks like that somewhat.
and the X1 player usually Crayton motions out to the right. Sometimes the formation is flipped, but I didn't see it once. We used it a lot last year.
Just something I noticed.
