Myles Garrett and Cleveland appear to be on the outs. Has averaged 12 plus sacks per year for career and will be 28 next year. Two time all pro and four time pro bowl. Odds are that where the Cowboys will be drafting will be a 2nd round talent anyway. I would make that trade in a second.

I doubt they let him go for 1 first

Ok, so who all are you cutting to fit Garrett into the cap?

Also, the out on Garrett's contract is 2024, difficult to see him moving out of Cleveland financially.

The only two untouchables on the roster as far as I am concerned are Zack Martin and Micah. There are some others obviously I'd prefer to keep. Media is playing up the situation in Cleveland as deteriorating.

Tyler Smith, Sam Williams, bland, Ferguson yes just this draft and there’s more like Diggs, Steel, well I tire

Garrett is a future Hall of Famer playing at the top of his game. He isn't going anywhere for cheap.

The Khalil Mack trade is the best comparison I can think of, and that was two 1sts and one 3rd.

Maybe they would take something like a first, a third and Sam Williams.

If there’s truly a problem with Garrett that can’t eventually be worked out (doubtful), I’d have to consider a move like that if I’m Cleveland.

It’s not a no brainer for Dallas because of the money involved, and acquiring Garrett will force you to end up losing another player you wanted to retain later on…..

But that’s something that would likely push this Dallas team to the next level so I’d do it, but I doubt Cleveland ends up moving him.

Parsons on one side and Garrett on the other……well you all can imagine how that may look.

Garrett is going to command two firsts to at least have a conversation and then you're also sprinkling in a combination of #2's and #3's as filler.

We're not going to pay him nearly $30M a season the next two years when we've got some other looming contracts that will need to be made for guys like Lamb, Diggs, etc.
