Diggs expected to play

If only he had done 85% of his offseason work at the Star. He may have been back in March.

Lol...smh. Perhaps Diggs was diligent about rehab and workouts no matter where he did it.

Way to work, 7! Now it's time to ball out like you did in that All-Pro year.

You have to give him credit. And it would be nice if Jerry/Stephen publicly acknowledged his rehab work after dragging his name all summer. That's only fair. By all accounts, he wasn't projected to return until mid-season

If people actually watched him last year they'd see he was an aggressive tackler before he got hurt.
Strongly disagree. He will occassionally tackle but it's generally when they aren't coming toward him or kinda defenseless.

He does not want to initiate or receive forceful blows. In run support he will get into a full backpedal to avoid contact.

Agreed. But we all know Jerry and Stephen aren't going to do that, even if Diggs wins the Eagles game with a pick 6 tomorrow.

Both Diggs boys knee rehab is ahead of schedule. Maybe their process is better than hanging with team doctor slackies.

Is he expected to play well, that's the question!
Anything is an upgrade over some of those scrubs we have been playing in the preseason. I can live with Bland, Diggs, and Elam for now. Of course none of it will matter if we don’t get a pass rush or can’t stop the run. You have to get to the QB quick when your CBs are facing D Smith and AJ Brown

Did you watch last year? He was throwing his head in there more than most.

Not previous years. Last year.

Eagles players tremble with fear knowing that one mighty blow from that explosive tackling machine could end their career. I almost feel sorry for them.
@Risen Star Is this your burner account? If not, we need to sit Daddy down and tell him there's only one Risen Star on this forum.

Eagles prolly go after Diggs since he's limited...
Last year when Diggs was coming back from injury, offenses chose to generally avoid him and go after players like Caelon Carson instead. So how much Diggs and Bland get targeted may depend a lot on the play of Elam. If he is what he was in Buffalo, why take any chances against two players who have been All-Pros?

Why is the truth laughable?
exactly. the truth is he is not good at tackling and avoids it when he can. or did you forget the big whiff against kittle in SF playoff, where he totally whiffed and a big tackle would have prevented a completion on a drive that eventuall led to a TD. make that tackle, break up the pass and it was still 9-9.... Diggs sucks at tackling. nobody can deny that. going from total absolute scorching garbage of a whiffing tackler to oh, he improved, he is just absolute hot garbage at tackling is not what you expect from a top paid CB. improved? maybe, but still garbage

I am sure its Dak's fault somehow.
