Nothing pisses me off more than a corner who won't tackle. It has nothing do with ability, it's pure want-to. Diggs doesn't tackle because he doesn't want to and doesn't think he should have to. And now that he's paid, how can you make him?

This is why I love Bland. He doesn't just cover, he tackles and hits. A complete football player, not a prima donna.

The problem is the GM doesn't know how to build a team around his stars. How many all-pro guys did Jerry give DWare to help him? Jerry waited until the end of Romos career to focus on offensive line. It's gonna be more of the same. Because Diggs and Micah take up the cap Jerry figures he should just put jags around these guys.

Not gonna lie all the contracts is looking bad. Diggs aka Mr. "I don't get paid to tackle", Dak looks terrible so far this year, Ceedee looks meh especially when things doesn't go his way (I like Lamb btw), Steele signing was bad from jump, We gave Martin a pay increase last season, and wait until we make Micah Parsons the highest paid defensive player ever.

I'm going to defend Diggs. He was awesome pre-injury and once he gets a decent DL in front of him and Bland back those 2 will be fits for WR's. The turnovers will come when the DL plays better. Right now, Diggs isn't getting much help.

Diggs is struggling this season which really should have been expected. His game is Deionesque and if he doesn’t have closing speed he’s screwed. Give him until next season to judge imo.

LOL Parsons is the only reason we could defend the pass the last 3 seasons. But you want to get rid of him and keep the overpaid corner instead.
