Just heard on 105.3 the Fan that according to PFF Trevon Diggs is the highest rated cornerback in the league against the pass.

He is graded the 14th best CB in the league overall since his run defense brings him down somewhat.

Pretty impressive for our 2nd year player.

OK Im a worry rat. how in the pocket book are we going to pay all these super heroes we have. Great problem to have; Diggs,Parsons,Osa,Lamb,Pollard, ect.
some of our big contracts will be over, Dlaw,TSmith,JSmith of course it will work out

Great that we have 2 of the best route runners in the entire league for him cover in practice. Gonna be impossible to take advantage of him if he spends every practice covering Coop and Lamb.

Pretty sure that was his ranking for week 3, not for the whole season.

Lets be honest, Trevon and Micah have transformed this Defense. They are straight up Dogs, and everyone else is following suit, plus dan quinn holds players accountable.. Folks we're witnessing a contender being born..

Good question, but you know what I am not going to worry about just yet, I wanna see where this train goes before I start thinking about reality.

Maybe so - gotta keep building on it. OSA doing his part as well and look for our Hooker to keep making teams pay.

This version of the Cowboys has unsettled most of the teams we're playing at this time. The Dallas defense has transitioned into one that isn't nearly as vulnerable as we've been in the past. Most seem to feel they need to outscore us to win and the best way to do so is to pass. The problem that it now presents is that Dak has transformed his passing game into one that discourages running on us to keep up.

Our secondary has also improved enough to cause confusion as to exactly how to attack us. The number of turnovers we're causing has affected their passing boldness, as well. We're now becoming a real problem, even for the better teams. That's a dramatic change for our opponents to deal with. Let's see where it takes us in the games to come. Our players are also encouraged by our newfound abilities. So far, so good. ;)

No, it was for the whole season according to the guys on the radio.

Pretty sure Diggs wouldn’t be ranked overall (run and pass) as the 14th best CB if it was based on just the last game.

But with 3 ints including a pick-6 in the first 3 games he deserves to ranked #1 against the pass.

downside is teams will start throwing to the other side. Brown is far from elite and Joseph is brand new
