ESPN bottomline reported that the Seahawks traded Trent Dilfer to the Browns for a mid-round pick.
*** was Clevland thinking? They trade a MID-ROUND pick in a MIDDLE HEAVY draft for a QB who is terrible. Clevland has the #3 overall pick in the draft and they could easily get a much better QB there, but they traded a valuable draft pick for some bust. Dilfer can't start so the deal doesn't allow them to take something else at the #3 pick. They pretty much have to take a QB so they just wasted a draft pick to get an uncapable QB. So Clevland is left with the same situation they have been in all offseason, (still needing a QB , and a whole lot of other positions) only they have one less draft pick to help them fill those holes.
A stupid decision by the Brown's organazation. It's a shame.
