Directv Sunday Ticket problem

I was one of the many who recieved the discount in here. My question is the following; Has anyone recieved their next months bill and its gone? Happen to me. I have called 3 customer service people and 1 manager and getting nowhere. Here's the story

I called back in August and told them I couldn't pay the big price and people were getting it for free if they could do anything. The lady was so cool and gave it to me for 6 payments of 16 dollars. What she neglected to tell me is she only gave me 20 dollars off for 6 months. What she did was she gave me 5 dollars off for showtime for 6 months, a reciever etc etc to make it come out to 16 for 6 months. Anyways, that didn't process over to this month.

1st lady tells me I was scamed she cant do nothing. Ohh, I was upset

2nd person Its there but doesn't process to Oct 9

Make long story short I have to pay a full payment this month and next month the discounts take effect. Makes no sense considering I had August at a discount. On top of this, I canceled the sports package from 600-700 and they canceled my movie channels and charged me a 10 dollar fee.

How do I talk and make a compliant to someone other than an agent or manager? Also, with those guys not being from the Phillppens? Every time I call thats where my call ends up. I would like to talk to an American customer service agent because these people are doing their job right but are reading off a manuel. I have nothing against them either, every one has been very nice but I'm getting nowhere here. Any help would be awesome. Is there a direct line. thanks

I bet they can spell better than you though ;)
 
Same thing here. I called them also and they explained that the discount will be seen on the next months bill. So you will basically pay full price one month but the discount/credit will be there for 6 months. So on the back end, there will be one month where you will get the discount and the Sunday Ticket will be paid off.
 
I kind of have the same story.

I called and tried to get a cheaper price. They rep ended up knocking 20 bucks a month off and since then, I haven't received a dime off of my bill, and I have called atleast twice.

I have had it with them and don't plan on getting the ticket again. I'll try U-Verse or Red Zone.
 
Just how these companies do it. I'm sure there is some money making reason. Similar thing with AT&T. Had a charge that shouldn't be on my bill, we'll say its $20. I call, they say they corrected it so I pay my bill minus the $20. Next month, says I didn't pay my bill in full the last month.

Or the failed debit card purchase scam. Try to buy something and it doesn't go through for whatever reason. Yet there's an immediate hold for the purchase on those funds in your account. But oh no, takes 4-5 business days for the hold to be released. Quick to take it, have to tear it from the cold dead hands to get it back.

Don't apologize dude, spell checkers are tool bags anyway.

I despise DirecTV, they are overpriced, rip off loyal subscribers, and have horrible customer service, and afternoon storms routinely knockout signal.

Im not surprised you got shafted, I didnt get the discount, been with them 6 years now. In 4 different cities and it's like the wind, they blow all over.

Been a subscriber since 1999 or 2000. Paid full price every year. Had just re-upped for 2 yrs back in Feb for a free HD upgrade and the best they could give me was $20 off. I canceled. May take the money saved and buy myself out of the contract.
