discipline & accountability

how can you expect anything to change when there is absolutely no form of discipline or accountability on this team.

all i ever hear is ... you have to accept tony romo for what he is and take the good with the bad ... which tells me it's ok for tony romo to give away 5 or 6 games a year because of the good games he has.

all i ever hear is ... you have to accept flozell adams for being the most penalized offensive linemen in the nfl because left tackles are so hard to come by.

if donvan mcnabb can be benched and he has taken the eagles to 4 nfc championship games and 1 super bowl ... but for some reason tony romo can't be benched.

all i ever hear from this team are excuses on top of excuses ... personally i don't see any reason to have any hope that this team is going to improve and go to post season let alone win a post season game.

I heard it was all 81's fault. The locker room was so unhappy and Romo couldn't focus.

Hey I never liked the hiring of Wade I was dead set against Jerry hiring Wade or Norv I wanted him to go after a young up in coming coach instead he recycled another mediocre coach

Second I never wanted Dallas to resign Flo he has been blah once again
