Never knew it was coming had my DVR set for NFL Total Access and saw a page saying the channel had been dropped and to check back for more info.

Hmm, usually they don't drop it completely during theses disputes, but yeah, it's no longer on the programming guide. Not that I even have it since the season was over and everyone was just griping about the channel in another thread

Wow that's great. Hate watching football Sundays unless it's redzone.

Redzones for lazy people who are more into fantasy then the actual games. I said it. Shower me with hate

I have absolutely nothin to do with fantasy but Redzone is the ****! ......when it first came out I thought "ah to hell with that nonsense!" but then once I had it and watched it, I loved it and I cant imagine a Football Sunday without it......To me theres nothin better than watchin a lil bit of all the Noon games before our usual 3 O'Clock games......Im glued to all our games and then the SNF and MNF games, so its nice to be taken from game to game durin the Noon games.....

When I'm not watching the Cowboys I'm watching RedZone. Dish dropped CNN for awhile and eventually settled and added it back. The same will happen with NFL Network just hope they come to a settlement before the season starts or I'll get cable installed.

DISH is the worst television provider in the nation by a large margin. Anyone with them should blame themselves for not canceling and getting a better service.

That's 100% false. You know what the difference is.....people like me who don't want to pay $100+ a month to watch 20 channels on TV. Unlike cable/directv, I've been off contract for 6 years paying between $35-$50 a month for a hopper and 2 extra TV's. 200+ channel package. Unlike cable/Directv you can wheel and deal with dish beyond belief. As far as I'm concerned, before AT&T stepped in and saved Direct.....it was pure garbage just like Cable.

Man, I've had Dish before. Did a 2 year contract with an option to cancel within 30 days. Within the first two days I was calling customer service about channels within my package not showing. Literally the worst customer service call I've ever been on. The rep said,"Well what do you want me to do about it?" I thought it was a joke but she was serious. When I told her behavior was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. The result of that nonsense was a free month.

But then a week later, I come home from work and none of my channels are coming in. I call Dish again, apparently they instructed one of their contractors(because they're too cheap to hire technicians like Verizon or Comcast) to replace a part on my dish for no reason. And the contractor left my dish facing my house instead of the original position. When I demanded they send someone else out to fix it immediately. They gave me the contractors phone number and told me to call him to come back and fix it. Last straw for me. I canceled before my 30 days were up.

This is so true. I wheel and deal with them all the time and will again if they don't fix this problem with NFLN. The customer has leverage and I pretty sure you can get a good deal
