Seems odd to me that he would announce that all this happened in this PC. Maybe he was frustrated at not being able to prosecute the case? Or was he suggesting maybe it was consensual? But pointing out that she immediately went to the hospital makes that very unlikely, I would think.

Well, I'm glad he feels that way, if that's the case... Although it almost sounds like a violation of Ben's rights for him to do that.
