Looks as if the Stanback experiment is quickly coming to an end with his latest set back, so more than likely, an experienced hands WR is on the radar once cut downs begin taking place.
As far as how our offense stacks up against our division foes, lets take a look.
I wont even bother with the RBs,, dont think anyone really questions what we have there compared to our division foes, or even the entire NFL.
Were stacked, plain and simple, even on the PS, so lets move on...
So since being absurdly overloaded at every position seems to be the flavor of the day, that leaves WRs and TEs, so lets take a look at how we measure up divisionaly.
Giants WRs
Barden, Ramses- Rook with upside
Biddle, Taye - ?
Bodiford, Shaun - ?
Hagan, Derek lol
Hixon, Domenik - Stick Man
Manningham, Mario - last years Rook, done nothing
Moss, Sinorice - hasnt proven anything
Nicks, Hakeem - Rook with high grade and potential
Smith, Steve - see Moss
Rucker, Micah - ?
Tyree, David - see Moss
TEs
Kevin Boss -
The Giants best TE, looks to have good hands and proved last season that he can play in this league and be a threat in the passing game.
The Rest........... definitely hurting if Boss goes down
Beckum, Travis
Johnson, Darcy
Wrighster, George
Matthews, Michael
Commanders WRs - I dont see a TO, Fitzgerald type in this group... do you?
Keith Eloy
Marques Hagans
Malcolm Kelly
Mitchele Marko
Santana Moss - Their best WR
Randel El
Trent Shelton
Devin Thomas
James Thrash
Jaison Williams
Roydell Williams
TEs
Robert Agnone
Cooley - Solid starter
Fred Davis - Could be very viable if used properly and developes this year.
Eddie Williams
Todd Yoder
Eagles Wrs
Danny Amendola
Jason Avant
Hank Basket
Reggie Brown
Kevin Curtis
Brandon Gibson
DeShean Jackson - Viable speed threat, dangerous.
Jeremy Maclin - Rook with upside
Shaheer McBride
Brandon Robinson
Marcus Thigpen
TEs - ***...lol
Eugene Bright
Brent Celek
Cornelius Ingram
Matt Schobel
Do I need to list the Cowboys Weapons, didnt think so...
Not understanding all the panic of being vastly under talented at WR since TOs departure.
This team has more than enough toys as it stands now to keep Romo plenty busy this season.
Having said that, it still wont surprise me if they sign a vet WR like I stated earlier.
