As for the dome idea, they're owners. They can make it happen if they want.

That's what I'm saying.....if they wanted a dome it would be one there...they like this and hell when you grow up in that weather its nothing to them I'm sure.

Exactly. Why run Williams right out of the play? Throw that big body into the line and follow him. Maybe it was designed that, but the handoff angle forced him inside.
