Cowboys were the number 1 seed in 2007 and played on Sunday.

In 2014 Seattle was the number one seed but played Saturday; Cowboys played Sunday.

I'm pretty sure the NFL just prefers the Cowboys to play the afternoon Sunday game.

I'm guessing 1 pm on Sunday. The late game on Saturday will always get ratings regardless of who plays in it, so I doubt they put us there. Sunday at 1 seems like it would be the lowest game ratings-wise, so having the Cowboys on there would boost that. In the end it's all about ratings and $$. I'm hoping for any time other than the early game on Saturday. I'm flying in early Saturday morning, and you never know when it comes to flight delays.

I prefer a Saturday game. Get 8 days until the next game.
I do not want the late Sunday game.

However since Mara wants us in the playoffs, I am sure he will see we get screwed on the schedule somehow.

I've heard that NBC gets first dibs on who they want. Seems weird but whatever.

If that is the case, I can't see them passing up a Cowboys game. That would be Saturday night.
