It has nothing to do with Dallas specifically, this is a league-wide issue.

It may be, but it certainly seems like the injuries hurts the Cowboys more than other teams. It seems like the next man up is never ready.

We could sure use him

Leon is massively underrated by the Dallas fanbase compared to the other Dallas greats. If the Cowboys could find a DT that played as well as Leon in his prime, their defense would be 100% better. The last few years Dallas has drafted DTs that matched Rod Marinelli’s standards which Leon would not fit, but I would sure like to see a taller, longer type of DT.
