DMC article from DC.com

People say he is a burner, I didn't watch much of him in college or with the Raiders, but does he still have his speed? Is he deceptively fast like Felix Jones (was), or an out right speed guy like Jamal Charles or early Chris Johnson?

All is hunky dory with Darren McFadden now that Mickey has spoken.

I guess this is more evidence to support a group of people's biases.

Haha, Mickey. He's certainly an excitable character.

I'm still of the opinion McFadden will be more than adequate, if he can remain healthy. I actually think being on a competitive squad is going to give him a bit of an edge and he's going to surprise some people. *If* he stays healthy, which is certainly no guarantee.

Training camp is going to be a lot of fun this year.

All anyone has to do who doubts Mick's observations is go back and watch the vids of the practices from this past week.

DMC jumped out at me and it was very noticible.

Folks are making the mistake of letting what they saw of McFadden in Oakland to judge how he will perform in Dallas. He is a new healthy man with a much better O-line. He has a spring in his step that he hasn't had in many years. As long as he remains healthy, he will be a great RB for the Cowboys.

I sure as hell hope so.

I didn't really like the pickup of McFadden, although I do admit it was cheap. I still think Randle is going to wrestle the top spot easily in camp... but I would love to be wrong about it because the guy is a true-blue break away threat every time he gets a crease. He could be really dangerous.

I don't expect it... but man, I sure can be wrong.

Don't really care who gets the top spot
If he is going to return kicks probably better randle does
I think our rb's will be able to get the job done just fine IF they can stay healthy
The talent is there but won't matter if they aren't on the field

I'm not saying the guy will light the league up, but many don't remember here how good this guy was... he's still young and I thing has a thing or two left in the tank...

I think he contributes...

I want to go on record and say I have no confidence in mcfaddon. I do not care how badly his o-line was in Oakland the fact that a undrafted running back outplayed him last year with same group. I still think that we need another running back I do not think that he will stay healthy for a full season. I just hope that randle can take a hold of the the job.

There are videos of him from mini camp. Dude is still a burner

I think it is reasonable to ask the moderation to preface this post with the fact that it is derived from a Spagnola article.

That way, those with a functional brain can flush it accordingly.

Mickey is only good in moderation. He throws enough stuff against the wall something will eventually stick. I'm pretty sure he probably has written similar articles like this one about Ebenezer Ekuban, James McKnight, David Lafluer, Robert Thomas, Julius Jones and many many more.

Don't forget Peppi Zellner, Brandon Noble, Michael Myers, Darrin Hambrick, Lynn Scott, Duane Hawthorne, Derek Ross, and Justin Beriault.
