...this economy here is the hottest in all of Canada with the wealth of resources (oil, potash and uranium) there is money flying around like crazy.

A good friend of mine is a Mountie who does undercover drug work here and Bowman won't have a problem.

I was in Vancouver last year and people were pretty much smoking outside coffee shops, while walking down the street, totally in the open. And I though I lived somewhere with a liberal drug culture.

if its 100% the pot thing as you claim, why did Talib and Manningham get drafted, but Bowman didnt?

Because Talib and Manningham didn't get caught with marijuana weeks before the draft.

It's one thing to do it in college years before and another to do it right before the draft.
