Wade Phillips is keeping his job (for now), Tony Romo must answer for his big-game failures (again) and the Cowboys are done for the year. Who's got questions? We'll get started around 10:30 a.m.

Brian Davis: Somebody will have to take the fall if Phillips is to keep his job. Bruce Read is probably gone, but he's not the fall guy. I can see the Cowboys forcing Phillips to dismiss Brian Stewart out of cause. But I'm not convinced he's the problem. Remember, this has always been Phillips' defense. Once he took more control in October, the defense started to get better. I haven't seen the final stats today, but the Cowboys should have finished at the top of the league in sacks.

I have been a Cowboys fan since the early 70's and that is the first time I have ever turned off a game. That was horrible. The coaching staff must take the blame for not getting them ready to play. How can they all be staying???

Brian Davis: Again, I'm not sure they all will be staying. Hudson Houck was brought in to charge up the offensive line. They didn't have a great year on balance. Ray Sherman handles the receviers, but he mostly handles Terrell Owens. Dave Campo is a loyal Cowboy through and through. I don't see him going anywhere.

You can fire one, two or all of the coaches. But the game is still about the players on the field.

I'm ambivalent about Stewart. I wouldn't want him running my D without Wade but since Wade is here truly as the DC he just needs someone to run his defensive errands for him. Stewart is probably fine in that role. If we brought in a TRUE defensive coordinator then what do we need Wade for?

Campo was fine...I liked what he did with the kids.

As bad a HC as Campo was, he proved he is still a fantastic position coach. The defensive backfield wasn't lit up anything like it was when the Parcells regime was here. Which seemed to give up a huge pass play every week for four years.

We will have to wait another year for a HC. They cannot win consistently. The record proves they cannot win in playoffs
(or make it) The lack of discipline and off the field action is the branches of the root of the problem. 2009 will be a repeat of the last two years. it doesn't matter if there is a hall of fame player at every position.
Jason Garrett sure looked good against Giants. Garrett can't play linebacker.The defensive coordinator sucks.
The one who hasn't been mentioned is Brian Davis. Wade should call all plays this Brian guy has to go.The defense played its worst game of the year.
