LB/leader Bradie James made it clear that the circus atmosphere and sky-high expectations won't affect the Cowboys for the next few weeks.

"Everybody knows that we have pretty much an all-star team," James said after getting off the plane. "But those names don't win games for you. People coming together, that's what wins games. That's what training camp is all about."

Jerry making millions of bucks off this Oxnard experience is just a bonus.

Speaking of Jerry, his press conference has yet to get started. Oh, Wade Phillips will also take the Built Ford Tough stage with Jerry, although the coach might not be able to get in many words.

Here's is all you need to know about the Cowboys and their love for quarterback Tony Romo:

The media password for access to the internet has Romo's name in it. Also, when Romo was signing autographs for about 1,000 fans he was sitting next to, get this, a blond Cowboys' cheerleader.

It wasn't Jessica, but Plano's Makenzi Swicegood. She was having a good time with the fans and Romo.

Inside linebacker Bradie James is tired of being around the house. He's ready to get training camp started.

James said it seemed like forever from the time minicamps ended to the arrival of training camp.
"It took a while you want to relax and get away from football a little bit," he said. "The last few days, man, I couldn't sleep well because I knew it was that time. I've been doing a lot of stuff, and a lot of guys do a lot of stuff around the house, but that's not what we do. I'm not a handyman, I'm a football player so I'm ready to get out here and play some football."

As one of the team leaders, James understands it takes more than guys like T.O., Pacman and Tank to win games.
"Training camp is when you come together," he said. "We have a lot of names on the team we pretty much have an all-star team. Those names don't really win games for you. The Dallas Cowboys, people coming together, that's what wins games for you."
