New Tampa Bay quarterback Byron Leftwich will throw a pass to No. 1 WR Antonio Bryant in a game situation for the first time Sunday.
Leftwich got precious little preseason work with Michael Clayton, the Bucs' other starting receiver.
But Leftwich insists that chemistry with his receivers isn't a concern, even though Bryant missed all of preseason while recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery and Clayton missed all but one game because of a sore hamstring.
"No concern," Leftwich told reporters in Tampa. "I had a chance to throw to these guys all summer. Being here this summer and going through the OTAs and everything, it gets me to a point where I have no concerns over that."
Of course, Tony Romo told the Valley Ranch media last season that he had no concern about his chemistry with Roy Williams, and we all know how that worked out.
