Cornerback competition: What do the WRs think?

From my vantage point in the press box, it's tough to see any separation between Mike Jenkins and Orlando Scandrick. They've both been good on a consistent basis during training camp, which is why the competition for the starting right cornerback job is so intriguing.
I reckoned it'd be a good idea to ask a couple of the wide receivers who try to get open against Jenkins and Scandrick every day for their thoughts, since they're a lot closer to the situation.
Well, it's too close to call for Miles Austin and Sam Hurd, too.
"I like them both," Hurd said. "Mike is a very strong cornerback. He reminds me of Ant Henry. He holds his ground. You've got to be very quick and smooth on Mike, and he's got good feet, too. Scandrick is a very wise dude, and I love Scandrick, because he's always trying to learn something."
"I don't know how to compare the differences. They both play great technique. Let the best man win is all I can say."
Austin's take: "They're both good players, especially for only being two years in the league. They're hard workers and get the job done. I'm proud for those guys to be on my team. I feel nothing but confidence with those guys out on the field, because they're aggressive guys, guys who want to win every time, and that's what you need out there with a D-back.
"Differences? I don't think there's many. They're both great competitors. If I'm going against one or I'm going against the other, I'm going to take the same amount of intensity. I'm not going to try a move on one that I won't try on the other. You've got to go out there and give them your best shot, no matter which one you're going against. They're both fast, got good hands, about the same size. They're pretty similar."

Tony Romo/Roy Williams Report, Day 7

Roy Williams said yesterday that he thought he was close to clicking with Tony Romo. Turns out that the coachable wide receiver was right.
Williams and Romo had by far their best practice together during training camp.
While I don't have stats on their 1-on-1 red zone session against the cornerbacks, it's safe to say that they scored more often than they didn't. We saw glimpses of Williams' ability to use his big frame and strong hands to make the contested catches necessary when the Cowboys have the ball inside the 10.
Their success carried over into 7-on-7 and team drills. Romo attempted three passes to Williams during those sessions, completing all three on well-timed out routes in which the QB and WR were in sync.
"Every day the guys are getting better because the chemistry is getting better, but also because we're watching film together," receivers coach Ray Sherman said. "You can talk about adjustments, you can talk about how you run a route, you can talk about where you want the ball to be. Those things are very important.
"They communicate well together. One of the things they do when they watch film is they see what the other one sees, which is very important. If something doesn't click, they talk about it, and then they are on the same page."
