To close the season at Philadelphia, the Cowboys get Scott Green's officiating crew. Green is in his 18th year as an official and lives in Delaware.

Last week Green's crew worked the Atlanta-Minnesota game and called 12 penalties. Nine were accepted for 85 yards. Atlanta had six penalties for 70 yards and Minnesota had three penalties for 15 yards.

Here's the breakdown:

Encroachment: 1
Offside - 3
Unnecessary roughness - 1
False start - 2
Illegal use of hands - 1
12-men on the field - 1
Offensive holding - 1
Defensive pass interference - 1
Ineligible man downfield - 1
