Almost every aspect of Miles Austin 250-yard outburst against Kansas City has been explored by now.

Almost.

Listen to the motivational ploy Tashard Choice used after the receiver dropped a couple of touchdown passes in the first half.

"So at halftime I said, 'hey, you know you lost all your girls when you dropped that touchdown pass,''' Choice said. "He looked at me and said, 'you know what, I'm going to get them back.'

"We were goofing with each other, but being serious. I was letting him know hey, let's go. After the game, I said, 'you got them all, brother.' He couldn't do nothing but laugh.

"That's my guy.''

That really shows what a great leader Choice is.

The truly great leaders know how to motivate each and every member of their team. Not everyone responds to a in-your-face scream and yell approach, some people just need a gentle nudge.

Jimmy Johnson was one best at knowing what buttons to push.

Actually, this has been explored--or at least discussed. But a blogger's gotta eat, right?

Alright, I've decided. I'm going to get my T-Choise #23 jersey. That guy is the heart of this team.
