Cowboys-Commanders game time changed
The NFL has moved the kickoff time for the Cowboys-Commanders game at Texas Stadium on Nov. 18 from noon to 3:15 p.m. (CT).

Rivalry game moved to prime slot
If you like those noon kickoffs, this is probably starting to get pretty annoying. The NFL has moved the Nov. 18 game between the Cowboys and Commanders to the 3:15 p.m. slot to accomodate a more national broadcast for FOX.

The Cowboys are maxed out on primetime games, so this probably won't be the last time a noon kickoff is moved back three hours. For the record, there are two more games on the slate marked for noon: Dec. 9 at Detroit, and Dec. 30 at Washington.

Judging by the standings, if things stay the same, the Lions game will likely be moved back. And if both the 'Skins and 'Boys keep winning, the season finale between archrivals probably will be too.

Were that to happen, Dallas would finish the season having played just one noon kickoff -- the game a couple weeks back against 0-7 St. Louis. This, it goes without saying, is all a display of the Cowboys' widespread appeal.

The only game going against D.C.-Dallas on Nov. 18 on FOX will be a dog: 49ers-Rams. So unless you live within an earshot of the Arch or the Bay, you'll probably get it.

Ugh. Yet another Sunday where I'll be missing the 4th quarter. But if it means more Cowboys fans outside of Dallas can see it...

I love this season; I have not missed out on recording a single game this year because they are showing them all and I don't have any special NFL TV package.

Yeah, I would be pretty pissed if I had paid $200-$300 dollars for Sunday ticket only to find out that every game but 1-2 are televised. I would gladly trade going to the sports bar a couple of times over paying for the Sunday ticket.

In a way it's difficult for many Cowboy fans in Vegas because they haven't had an excuse to go down to Olympic Gardens or similar to watch football. :laugh2:

Yeah, I hear ya! But, if you made more than $7.00 per hour you would enjoy Sunday Ticket and Tivo! :laugh2: It's never to late to get a degree!

The thing about Sunday Ticket is that I get to not only watch EVERY Cowboy game, but I get to watch ANY OTHER game also if I choose too!

I like this time of year when I am in the Pacific Time Zone. In a couple of weeks I move to Mountain and gripe a little. I like the games early.

Because our Cowboys are prime television. Even a hint of the team getting good and the frenzy begins.

This is great, I don't don't have anything but cable and I still see just about every Cowboy game of the season.

At 5-11, the 'boys weren't exactly contenders and garnered minimal consideration for the national spotlight.

When the 'boys are contenders, the world wants to see them. Who is the league to not give the world what they want to see? :D

They are doing this to give fans the best games, I guess, and also because the Cowboys draw everyone to the fire!

Just wait till NBC's flex schedule kicks in. We may never see sunlight again. Introducing the Dallas Vampires.

Screwy?

I never have to change my clocks. Just adjust my times for watching sports.

I love it.

Dallas has maxed out on primetime games, unfortunately. So there will be no new games rescheduled for primetime.
