What's the 24-hour rule? It means you have 24 hours to celebrate a win or cry about a loss and you move on. But one thing that kind of surprised me in the locker room was how low-key the celebration was after the Cowboys won their first playoff game since 1996.

"Know what? It won't be as much fun if we don't take care of business during the week and prepare the way we can," safety Ken Hamlin said. "Continuing playing is great, but we're not settling for this one game."

There were as many questions about Minnesota in the locker as there was Philadelphia after the game. And that was OK with the players.

"That's what I love about this team, it's on to the next thing," defensive end Marcus Spears said. "You really don't have time to soak in what you just did."

Here are a few nuggets distributed by the team's public relations staff after the game:

** DeMarcus Ware's two-sack game was the first by a Dallas defender since Chad Hennings had two against Pittsburgh in Super Bowl XXX. It was the ninth multi-sack game for a Cowboy in the postseason since sacks became an official stat in 1982.

** The Cowboys have 33 playoff victories, upping their league lead. By beating the Eagles for the third time, it was the 13th time since 1970 that a team beat an opponent three times in one season.

** The Cowboys 27 second-quarter points were the most in any quarter in the playoffs.

** For the first time in their playoff history the Cowboys did not allow a first down by rush. The 2-of-11 third-down defense was the second-best day in the postseason. Minnesota was held to 14.3% in the Cowboys last playoff win against Minnesota.

** The Cowboys 426 yards was the seventh-most in a playoff game. The most was 528 yards against the Rams on Dec. 28, 1980.

** Bobby Carpenter became the fifth Cowboy to recovery two fumbles in a playoff game.

** Felix Jones had the 17th 100-yard rushing game by a Dallas runner in playoff history and the eighth different back.

All good things.

Minny will be ready. I like our odds, but it'll be a good game.

I'm not looking for a good game. I want a win.
