Ellis or Moss?
It seems every time the Cowboys get ready to play Randy Moss, their decision to bypass the receiver in the 1998 draft always comes up, especially with Greg Ellis, whom the Cowboys chose in the first round instead.
"Are we still talking about that?" Ellis said. "I guess it will always be there."
When asked if he is ever bothered by the questions and comparisons, Ellis came up with a good line: “I haven’t. But I will tell you that Randy has never gotten a sack, but I have gotten a touchdown.’’

Bring the noise
So I'm walking around the locker room Thursday, minding my own business and Jason Witten asks for some help.
"Tell the crowd we need them this week," he said.
Having covered a game in every NFL stadium I must admit, Texas Stadium wouldn't be among the top-five loudest venues. It can be loud. It was for the Indianapolis game last year. But it's not consistently loud. And I've always wondered why the fans do the wave and cheer louder when the Cowboys have the ball.
Anyway, here's more Witten: "That was loud when Peyton (Manning) came in. I think it can make a big difference for teams. We hear it when we're on the road. I know it can have an effect with guys like Tom (Brady) and Peyton."
