DMN Blog: Haley's departure... Players excited about Garrett

The rat was found in the Southlake McDonalds. It's closed now though, good riddance. One less McDonald's in this world!

Haley -- former ball boy for the Steelers in the Super Bowl years. Good riddance. Guy doesn't belong in the Cowboy organization.

You can't understand unless you lived through the '70s and the Steeler hype during those years. :)

  :hammer: :worthy: :worthy:

I'm not sure who else is on the list of guys have produced the #4 scoring offense in the NFL while changing QB's to a first time starter in midseason, but I bet its fairly short.

But never fear. We're bringing in the guy who was a part of the worst Dolphins offense since they went to a 16 game schedule in 1978.

If you can afford to live in Southlake why in the heck would you eat McDonalds unless your 5 year old wants to climb in the ball pit??

Hey, at least he got marginal production from Joey Harrington.

Thats akin to making water into wine in my book :)~

Are there any contract details?

I don't think so. He still has a shot at HC so I doubt any details will get published until he is named to what ever position for sure.

The wine must have soured when he was benched for Cleo Lemon.

Remember it was his wife and nanny who were at the McDonalds, not Haley. Imagine if the kids were there.

lol, i'm 16, so i don't have to worry about the child problem. i hate mcdonalds, but we're not really "rich". There are like two parts to Southlake, the North and the South.

The south is very new and incredibly rich, while the north, where I live, is still well off, but has nowhere near the amount of money that people have south of 1709.

Can you imagine how much bacteria floats around in that freaking kid's playland at Mickey D's? Unless they hose those things down like they do Bourbon street at 4am every morning those things are bacteria depositories.

Jimmy Johnson had a real bad Cowboys team once too.

Garret stayed in the league so long, as a backup QB, because he acted as a player/coach. Read about that lots during his tenure in NY.

Do you think last year's Cowboys team would have fared any better with any of the Miami QBs

Haley was a puppet for the rotten Tuna, I'm glad he's gone. Garrett will have a lot of success with the offensive weapon on that roster which will hopefully be upgrade via the draft and free agency.
