DMN: Blog: How much Marion Barber is too much?

Hopefully in this stretch of "easier" teams we have coming up after the Skins, we can get a lead and Choice can take a few of those carries, too. I'd like to see him running out the clock with Barber watching from the sidelines.

Ideally Barber gets 15-25 touches a game, maybe averaging 18. I want him fresh in December and January when we need him to grind out yards in cold/bad weather.

It'll also give us a chance to get Felix more touches so his more seasoned for the postseason.

With his style I think 18 is a good number.

I liked his role.

How lucky we are to have these two in our RB stable. Marion & Felix = shock & awe.

People complain about the amount of carries Barber gets but yet he always looks fresh late in the games.
The man is built from granite. He can carry the rock all day.

Eh, I thought he looked tired in the 4th quarter of the GB game, particularly on that fumble.
