Where is Terry Glenn?


Not sure, but he wasn't on the Valley Ranch practice field. We'll try to get Wade Phillips to spill the beans during his post-practice press conference.

No practice for Newman


Terence Newman joined Greg Ellis to work with trainer Britt Brown off to the side during today's practice.

They were running, backpedaling and sliding side to side with that big, ol' elastic cord hitched to their waists. Newman did not make a hard plant on his injured right foot during the 30 minutes the media was allowed out there.

Semi-educated guess is that Newman guts it out and plays Sunday night. The big question will be how effective he can be.

I can see a game day scratch for Newman. If he's not planting he can't cover an NFL WR. I'm open on that statement to neither can Reeves and Parakete healthy.

No Terry Glenn

The Cowboys are practicing and receiver Terry Glenn is not on the field. He went through all of practice on Wednesday.

Glenn is recovering from knee surgery on Aug. 1. We'll find out more from Wade Phillips later today during his press conference.

glenn was held out of practice with swelling in the knee. looks more and more doubtful he plays on sunday.
