Jason Witten is a medical mess. He's dealt with a dislocated shoulder and broken rib this season. He's played the last couple weeks on a sprained ankle that is swollen and purple. Now he has a sprained knee.

Any doubt he'll play next week in Philadelphia?

"I'll be able to go," Witten said as he hobbled out of the Texas Stadium locker room for the last time.

Unless the Falcons or Bucs lose today, next week's Cowboys-Eagles game will basically have nothing at stake except for pride.

There is absolutely no doubt that, were Wade to give out a team MVP, 100% of the votes should go to Witten. DWare is having a better year but Witten embodies everything a good player should be.

If we don't make it, I wish we could just send Witten to the playoffs. Nobody in the league deserves it more than that guy. God I love that beast. He's turning into my favorite Cowboy of all time.

Does anyone doubt that Witten has the heart of a true champion. I love this player... He is a true warrior of the game.

Don't know if I'll get it, but I asked santa for a Witten jersey for Christmas to go with my Novacek game worn jersey. Hope I've been a good enough girl for it. Being single, I have to hint to my kid and he has to tell the family... Hope I hinted enough... I've tried one on, made a big deal about how the jerseys were on sale at the sports store here, worn my Novacek and Romo jerseys multiple times the past few weeks and wished out loud that the Romo jersey would turn into a Witten jersey...
