With all this Adam Jones and offensive line news, we have some news regarding Keith Davis, Italy, Texas' finest.

Davis was cut by Miami yesterday and said through his agent, Curtis Stephens, he's received numerous phone calls from teams regarding his services.

Davis wants to play safety and in Miami that wasn't possible. The Dolphins wanted him to play mainly special teams and Davis wasn't feeling that too much.

I certainly understand that, but I just think getting a guy who is going to be on the field quite a bit ready to go for the regular season is more important than seeing who will be our 6th corner. At least, there's time enough in the game to do both, I think.
