I didn't want to bring this up all week, because I really enjoyed the whole Bradie James-Jon Kitna storyline. But James probably won't get much of a chance to back up his words.

Considering the fact that the Lions are a pass-happy team that ranks last in the league in rushing, I don't think we'll see much of the Cowboys' base 3-4. Expect a steady diet of nickel and dime packages, most of which don't include James.

James ought to make the most out of the coin flip. It might be the closest he gets to Kitna all day.

Green Bay was a pass-happy team, too, and we played more base 3-4 than any other defensive package in that game.

Not to mention that James has been on the field in the single-safety 3-4, as well.
