Tired of waiting
I think two weeks is long enough for Bill to decide whether he has the energy level to keep coaching the Cowboys. If he can't decide by the end of the business day on Friday, then Jerry needs to make the decision for him.

Keeping the team in limbo is a selfish move because it also keeps the assistant coaches whose contracts expire in the next few days from getting other jobs.

it should have never been Parcells' decision in the first place

Wow. Mosley is gone? Big loss for DMN.

And JJT is spot on. Personally, I think Jones should have made the decision for Parcells immediately after the Seattle game.

Yeah. The idiot put his team in a spot to win on the road in bad weather. Yep. That's the hallmark of a bad job.

I think it is pure speculation that the decision has not been made already. For all we know, Bill has told jerry he is coming back but doesn't want to tell his assistants yet. He might be trying to find other assistants to come in, but if he can't, he will keep what he has and move on. There could be 100 reasons no announcement has been made. I do not think BP owes me an explanation, I don't sign his check. IF the person that does sign his check is ok with it,, who are we to throw a hissy fit because he won't talk to us.

did moseley leave the market or get a promotion?
Doesn't say. Just that he left DMN. I'm curious as well, even tho I sometimes found his articles filled with too much fluff.

Well, while they sometimes lack substance, "fluff" is usually found in every Adam Shefter On-Camera report on NFL Network. The guy has more fluff that Skip Bayless' hair-piece.

I digress... Mosely's Blogs on the origin of hamburgers or lunch spots around the Ranch got tiresome.

That is the big problem. Bill is not going to help the Boys unless he gets some good assistants ( may be like Peyton) and he give freedom to do their thing. But, No one worth the salt is going to work for BP-the dictator for one year . So it is going to another year of promising but wasted oppurtunitites. Yet another Dec collapse and losing to worthless teams like Rams , Lions to close out the season.

It wasn't it was Jerry's decision to let Bill take the time.

Last Time I checked Jerry owned the team not Bill.

I think Sherrington is still with DMN. Don't remember reading about whether he left or not. Though he wasn't a regular Cowboys beat writer, they did lose Kevin Blackistone.

They've already made Calvin Watkins a regular beat writer. He's too new to be promoted to columnist. So Mr. Chad might have a shot.

but we lost.

we didn't attack a secondary missing THREE STARTERS

we were not ready to play philly for the division title.

we were not ready for the detroit powerhouse and they outcoached us also.

we were not ready for peyton and NO to blow us outta the water.

let's look at the whole picture, please.
