I guess all those easy going practices in training camp to help prevent injury backfired on doughboy and skeleton face.

I didn't even know Hatcher was healthy in the first place, lol

It's Sean Lissemore time!

First thing I thought of as well.

Let the youth movement begin!

and its time for it. Its not like hatcher was playing at a high level or anything.:laugh2:

It probably is, for spot duty. I'm sure he'd be better against the run than Bowen, who repeatedly got manhandled last night.

I have to think that Newman's ribs were a major reason he couldn't tackle Nicks on that one short pass that he broke. He never looked quite right after he came back from the locker room.

Did he hurt his groin stretching on the bench or something? Slip in the shower? How is it possible to get hurt when you don't play?! Besides Brian Griese....

I don't want to wish injury on anyone, but I wouldn't be heartbroken if something happened that helped us get an extended look at Lee and JW.

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Wasn't he dominating in camp ready for a breakout season?

Hatcher got hurt pretty early in the game, first quarter I think.

The radio guys are the best about injuries. Most of the time the TV guys never mention them at all.

they dont only if like a big name player get injured like romo, their still late to report the injuries though i got the text to my phone faster then when the tv people announced it.

I think hatcher pulled his groin pretty bad getting up from the bench to hand ratliff his water.

He got hurt on the play where he tried to sack Eli but got pushed past him.

Newman got strained his rib muscles
because he's not used to reaching up and catching interceptions.

He got two reps. At least he held on to one thrown directly at him.

I distinctly remember the outrage at the mere suggestion of trading him before the season started...

In all fairness, he was held on that play, not pushed past him... Just saying.

True but does it really matter? He still got hurt on that play.

I was shocked the refs called it though.
