The Cowboys will get the Ron Winter crew Sunday at Kansas City. They worked the Baltimore-New England game that had 18 penalties, 14 which were accepted.

The Ravens were penalized nine times for 85 yards and the Patriots were flagged five times for 41 yards.

Interestingly, the crew called just one penalty in the fourth quarter, which was an illegal motion penalty when the Patriots attempted to run a fake field goal. Does that mean they let the teams play in the fourth quarter?

Here's the breakdown:

Encroachment - 4
False start - 2
Delay of game - 1
Roughing the passer - 2
Offensive pass interference - 2
Grounding - 1
Unnecessary roughness - 1
Defensive holding - 1
Illegal contact - 1
Unsportsmanlike conduct - 1
Offensive holding - 1
Illegal motion - 1
