The NFL announced that Pacman Jones may participate in practice starting on Monday.

Also, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Pacman Jones will be fully reinstated for the Cowboys game against the Steelers on Dec. 7 if he avoids any further incidents and complies with every condition established for him.

Goodell based his decision on the recommendations of clinical experts.
