Romo expects criticism from 'good kid'
Unlike several of his teammates, Tony Romo harbors no bitterness toward Bill Parcells. In fact, Romo referred to his former coach as a "good kid" this afternoon.
Romo told a couple of ESPN employees that Parcells would be a good addition to their company. And he said that despite fully expecting Parcells to rip him from time to time on national TV.
“He’ll probably throw me under the bus a couple times,” Romo said. “Even if I play real well, he’s still going to do the same thing. That’s just his nature.”

Phillips steers clear of Ellis contract squabble
Wade Phillips said that he still considers disgruntled Greg Ellis the starter at outside linebacker. Phillips made it clear that he would stay as far away as possible from the Jerry-Ellis beef, saying such situations are between the general manager and the player only.
“Usually these things work out, especially with good people involved,” Phillips said. “Greg Ellis is one of the best guys I’ve been around.”

Will Ware be cursed by commercial?
OLB DeMarcus Ware and his mother, Brenda, filmed a Chunky Soup commercial with a bunch of other NFL stars and their mamas a couple months ago in Toronto.
Ware was happy for the chance to get some national pub and a fat paycheck. He apparently isn't aware of the Chunky Soup Curse.
The over-under on Ware's sack total this season just dropped from 13.5 to 7.5.
