Spencer: 'All I've got to do now is finish'

Here are Anthony Spencer's stats from the first two preseason games: one assist. Yep, that's it.
But let's hold off before labeling the kid another first-round bust for the Cowboys.
Spencer played a solid game tonight. Plenty of room for improvement, but solid. I actually think the stats guys screwed him out of a couple of hurries that forced Jay Cutler to throw incompletions.
Spencer had a shot at making a couple big plays. He tipped a pass, but the ball bounced right to TE Daniel Graham. But Spencer showed impressive athleticism by catching up to Graham 20 yards downfield despite getting beat off the line by a swim move. Spencer should have sacked Cutler a few plays later, but his pressure forced an incompletion that made Denver settle for a field goal.
"All I've got to do now is finish," Spencer said. "Just keep on getting in position and make the plays."

It may not seem like much... but that comment by Spencer.... the makings of a killer instinct defense
