Lets look at the playoff teams that could use a "top 10" WR:

1. Miami - Do they even have a WR?

2. Titans - See Miami.

3. Indianapolis Colts - Just released Harrison, could use a top 10 guy opposite of Reggie Wayne.

4. San Diego Chargers - Could defnitely use a top 10 WR.

5. New York Giants - Outside of a guy with a bullet hole in his leg they are pretty thin at WR.

6. Philly - Definitely need a #1 WR. Already know how this story would work out though don't we.

7. Minnesota - Definitely need a WR threat.

8. Baltimore - See Miami.

Those are just the playoff teams from last year that could use a WR. Throw in the bubble teams that could really use a talent of TOs caliber and we should see quite a bidding war for TO right? Bet it won't happen though...wonder why.

You are right and I have said before Dallas let TO go that his production was a big part of the team. Without TO Dallas will have to do as many teams do and that is get many players involved, teams who rely too much on 1 player will get disappointed more times than not. We have weapons we need to use them and get them involved. I'm not interested in 1 WR with x catches or TD I'm more interested in players going out and being involved in the offense and helping the offense become successful. A team should not be about 1 man. One thing I respected about NE it is not about 1 man it is about a bunch of guys going out and producing to help win a game.

I think it'll be more distributed.

I think Witten's TDs will go up. Crayton's will go up. Yards will be evenly distributed throughout the offense.

I agree. Playing stupid will get you beat. Playing for records will get you beat as well. This has to be about team and team 1st.

Their are 31 other teams in the NFL and i'm pretty sure most of them play as a team, still didn't get them a SB ring. Playing smart football with talent is the key to winning super bowl.

Being opportunistic, executing the simple things like knowing certain reads, making the right reads, calling the right plays for the defense they are showing, noting going offsides on defense several times a game.

This other BS has very little to do with winning, it has something to do with winning, but a low percent.

You take 12 fat slow un athletic guys and you can play as a team all day. I'll take 12 athletic demons on my team with little team chemistry and I'll blow the top off your team with little coaching, but you add great strategy and coaching to that mix, I'll turn your team into a pinata.

Funny many of the former NFL players talk alot about a team coming together. You can go out and buy all the stars in the league but they have to come together as a team. Put records and ego behind them and play team ball. I agree playing dumb will get you beat I don't deny that but money and big name players do not win championship teams win championships. Lastly no. 31 teams out there did not play team ball many of the teams out there pointed fingers or where more interested in their own situation and no I'm not talking about Dallas only.

Well, it's obvious that a 35 year old player, though talented, with his history isn't going to get into a bidding war among many different teams.

Despite that, he was still our best receiver last year, he has changed - how much is disputable - and he can certainly help a team that is well coached and disciplined (like the Titans) get them and himself a SB, which is his most important goal since he's already reeled in $25 million and another $9 million because JJ acted stupid.
