Running back Tashard Choice is at practice today at Cowboys Stadium after missing out on Tuesday's workout.

Choice suffered a concussion on Sunday and missed the final three quarters but he was symptom free during by the end of the game.

He worked out Tuesday with strength and conditioning coach Joe Juraszek on the side without any problem.

Leaning on a pair of crutches outside the locker room following the Nov. 15 loss at Green Bay, Marc Colombo vowed he would return for the playoffs. Seven weeks later, Colombo is back and will start Saturday against Philadelphia.

"I'm ready to play," Colombo said. "I've been waiting for this for about seven weeks and I'm excited. I think the work I put in will pay off. It's just a good opportunity to come back and my first game be a playoff game. I'm ready."

Doug Free played well in Colombo's absence and will continue to have a role, according to Wade Phillips. During practice this week Colombo has pushed himself more than normal to test the ankle and has asked the scout team defenders for certain looks to help get him ready.

"Probably just timing," Colombo said. "I think my strength is good. My stamina is goof. I've got to get the timing down and just moving around more. That's what this week is for."
