South Florida Sun-Sentinel writer Ethan Skolnick spent a couple days this week at Valley Ranch. And after scanning Cowboys photos, working on a story on (ahem) possible future Dolphins coach Tony Sparano, he starting looking for a smile from the assistant.
Skolnick didn't find one himself. But did find evidence of it happening. Like this piece of heresay:

What makes him smile? Some offensive lineman must have some recollection of him grinning and bearing teeth.
"We were in camp in Oxnard, and we were doing a pass-rush drill, and there was some gal in the bleachers who started flashing the guys," Cory Procter said. "Everyone is staring. So he starts yelling at us, 'Get back to work!' He was laughing, too. But, yeah, he wanted us to get back."
