Tremendous leader. Smart. Great teammate. Champion. Winner.

I think we need to divert our draft strategy slightly towards kids who know how to win. We have plenty of talent but none of the guys on the team are champions. How many players do we have on the team currently have ever won a championship of any kind in football?

How can you win championships when maybe 2 guys on the team even know what it takes?
