I have thought about a management position just not in the NFL? I would like to be an athletic director at a high school or college after I'm done playing football.

A defensive call "Fox 0" or "3 jade stay". The calls are not hard but the adjustments can make you crazy.

I face pretty good lineman everyday so I really don't have a good gage of how good offensive lineman is. The best RB would be #36 from Philly.

The check down is a route you just have to tackle. It's one of those routes that's not deep enough to cover but short enough to hurt you. The problem is the ball is usually caught at the l.o.s. and the back makes one guy miss and turns a no gain into a BIG PLAY.

Short yardage is a mind state. A lot of the time on short yardage we would stop the initial intent of the play. What would end up happening the qb would make something out of nothing.

Bill vs. Wade is simple, one is a great coach the other is a great organizer. Wade uses his teams strengths and likes to create advantages for his team. Bill will build a super team like the Yankees.

The players I watched most growing up were Jerome Bettis, Bo Jackson, and Deion Sanders. JB was my favorite because he went to the school I wanted to go to at the time. He played FB as I did and we were both wearing the same number so, I became an instant fan. Bo was the best back I have ever seen. My dream was to be an NFL RB and if I was going to be one, I was going to be like Bo. #21 Best CB that will ever play the game . MJ always draws comparison, #21 doesn't draw much comparison because no one is even close. He may be the only player in the league to call his shot on a consistent basis.

Roy & Henry will complement each other. Bottom we will create better match ups this year. Not taking away from Roy, if you have a corner covering a TE it's a no brainer.

Phillips is better at using personnel to create mismatches, i.e., a better coach in the sense of utilizing the resources he has (and the implication is that he might be a superior game coach). Parcells is the organizer who has a very specific idea of what he wants, is a very good judge of talent, and goes after those type of players. Phillips would be more of the Xs and Os guy--which makes sense, since he's been a defensive coordinator for many years--and Parcells is more of an operations manager. I guess maybe it boils down to that Phillips will get the most out of the talent he has, while Parcells will get the best players to fit his system.

I love Wade but he has a ways to go before he gets to use great and his name in the same sentence. And like it or not but Bill Parcells is going to the Hall of Fame and Wade isn't unless he can win a couple of SBs here at the very least. He likely needs to coach at a high level for another ten years. IOWs, he ain't going.

I'd say Wade is hands down the best defensive coach in the league right now. Does that make him great? Why argue over the definition of the term great?

Bill may be going to the HOF, but I doubt there's too many folks that would rather have Bill over Wade as our coach right now.

Henry will stick those T.E.'s and could revolutionize the position if he is extremely successful with it......
