Yes you got it, sp teams. This might be the most exciting part of the game no one pays attention to. As fans how much do you guys watch the sp teams?

Do you think sp teams plays a factor in close games?

Does sp teams help either side of the ball in anyway?

Where do you want to see the most improvement?

Who should get the KR/ PR job? Why?

Who is your favorite sp teams players?

Who is our best sp teams player?

To be a great defense we have a get more sacks. Better pressure equals more INTs and tighter coverage equals more sacks. They both work hand and hand, you can't have one without the other. Our 3rd down defense most improve to 45% or better. 38% in the Tom Brady era won't cut it. Our number one problem was cutting out the big play. We were solid across the board but this is was what hurt us the most. Making plays when it counts has to be our focus.

We held a team to under 200 yards total offense and lost the game that should never happen. Great teams have to win when its counts and when it counted we lost. Of course I would like to see us Blitz 70% of the time but I think that is every linebacker in the league.

Now to the other side of the ball. With the talent we have, what can we do to get every on the field? I honestly believe we have 11 Pro Bowl players on defense. Our defense has a lot of room for improvement. I would like to get your thoughts on what we have to do to be better than the Ravens a few years ago? Again I will save my comments until later on. What do you want to see this side of the ball do more of?

Heck, we sent 13 players to the pro bowl so why there any need to improve. Ha. Of course 7 of them were on offense (Romo/TO/Witten/MBIII & Flozel/ Gurode/Davis) and Nick Folk from STs. That leaves the defense with 5 so stands to reason that's where biggest improvement must come as well as on ST. Don't get me wrong, the whole team must step it up in December later in the playoffs if we are to play in Tampa in February.

I think Burnett is confused about what third-down percentage measures. We allowed opponents to convert 39 percent (not 38) of their third downs. We don't want to allow them to convert 45 percent.
