Wake Up - Even though official wake up call is late, I am normally up by 7:30.
9:00-10:30

Breakfast - I may go down and grab a bowl of oatmeal, bacon, egg whites, and a few pieces of apple. As soon as I'm done, I head back up to the room to go take a shower and get dressed for pre-game meal.

11:45
Pre-game meal starts. No one really goes down stairs to eat until 1245 or so.

12:30
I head back down stairs with my belongings to go eat a solid meal before game time.

12:45
Start wrapping up my meal. What I eat changes constantly on the road because most of the time the food is not very good.

12:55
Get on the early bus and head to the stadium. The early bus gets to the stadium 3 hours before kickoff. We also have a late bus the arrives at the stadium 2 hours before the game

1:00
Early bus leaves the hotel in route to the stadium

1:30
Early bus gets to the stadium - relative to 4:30 kickoff. Once I get to the stadium my routine begins (the one I gave you last week)

2:30
Later buses arrive at stadium

4:30
Game Time!!!

7:30
COWBOYS WIN!!

** Note: We were 8-0 on the road last year.

8:15
Bus departs 45 minutes after the game.

9:00
Arrive back at the plane...... did I mention that we don't have our own private plane? So picture Flow, Columbo, Dre and LD, trying to fit in commercial American Airline seats..... Pretty Funny!!!!

9:05- 9:30
Bag check and find your seat

9:45
Plane departs

10:00
Time to laugh-everyone is laughing having a good time. The funny part is we have a few particular players that sing the whole way home. This wouldn't be so bad if the singing was good but the players that sing sound like dogs howling at the moon (player will remain nameless). This does not go well when you have played 40+ not including SP teams and your dead tired trying to sleep ( pretty rough). Somehow I manage to go to sleep for a few minutes and hopefully we don't have a long flight where we have to be on a plane for hours at a time.

1:00am-2:00am
Land at DFW and sleep walk to your car

2:15am- 2:30am
Back where you started

6:30am
My sons come jump on my head, happy to see me while telling me what happened in the game the night before. It's pretty comical listening to a - at the time 2 year old and 1 year old tell you what they saw. All I say is "yep, really, oh yeah and what else did he do".

7:30am
Get out of the bed and try to get the boys to school on time. I only get to take them to school twice a week during the season so I have to get up. I don't know how I do it, a lot of days I can't remember doing it. I just remember how much it takes to move and get rolling.

8:30am
Boys to school

9:45am
Back home

10:00am
My wife needs her hour before I have to go to work. We end up watching the game on TiVO she tells me what I did wrong. She knows very little about football so it's kind of like my kids in the morning.

11:00am
Go lift at the complex

12:00
Team meeting - Wade tells us what we did right and what we did wrong.

12:05
Film review from the game we just played, we look at where we need to be better and move on good, bad or whatever. Some days a lot of behind chewing goes on (NO HOMO).

3:00
On the field for stretch and run

3:30
HOME!!!

Get your questions in for tomorrow

We weren't 8-0 on the road last season. We loss the finale against the Skins.
