Undersized should not be in the same sentence with Jay and Tank. Jay's shoulders are second widest on the team next to Flow. Tank can jump under 500lbs on the bench and do it without a warm-up. I tell you what those are two guys I would not be caught with alone in a dark alley. To add to their enormous stature they have attitude which we all know you can't teach. So calling them undersized is not even an option. I'm sure you have heard the term he plays bigger than he is well that's those two bring new meaning.

You guys may be used to seeing Big Pat and Big Vince play nose. Compared to those guys they may be leaner (notice I didn't say small) but believe the both of them play just as BIGG. Here is something more shocking Tank maybe faster off the ball than 94. 94 could have the best timing off the ball I have ever seen. Here is the difference. What make 94 so good is that he times the snap count gets an UNGODLY jump off the ball. Tank has RAW speed of the ball, no timing needed. Jay to put it simple plays angry. He is one of those full speed all the times guys. There are only a hand full of guys like that in the league.

I have to continue this tomorrow, 2 practices tomorrow

Look for the Trivia around lunch and the Nose Tackle Wrap up around 7pm

Great insight into these two guys. Thanks for the post.

I hope both have great seasons, and we have both of them for years to come.

It wouldn't surprise me to see Tank at NT more than Ratliff.

I can't lie. Ware does have an ungodly timing about the snap count. I know everyone wants to slap the officials when they call offsides on Ware. But the explosion of the line combined with the timing of the snap it just almost makes no sense that he can do that without being offsides. Hopefully, the officials worked on that this summer though.

I know this is probably a really (really) dumb question. But that isn't the Kevin Burnett is it?

How long has he been writing like this? I think that's pretty cool that he does that. I doubt he was allowed to when Parcells was around, right?
