This week has been pretty tough on me. First thing I hate to lose, I mean, who does? So I have really challenged myself to take my game to another level. If I am the type of player that I say I am then I have to prove it. The first quarter of the season is over and I need to play that way. I get better as the game goes on, I want to take that to another level. I want to play better as the season goes on as well. The only way to do that is to elevate my game. So this week I have really been focused on doing just that. I know the real fans will understand what I am talking about. URGENCY

Yes-this has been ONE LLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG week!

This is why at times, I like baseball a whole lot more-when you lose in this sport, there's no time to whine and pout as you have to play the next day. OTOH-having to wait another SIX days is a VERY painful wait!

we need to show on both sides of the ball. they both stunk last week. my first cowboys/Commanders game in person, SUCKED!

I can think of a few more defensive players who need to follow suit.

So far I am very unimpressed with our defense. There is no way we should allow over 20 points a game, have the kind of penalities we always seem to get and virtually force no turnovers.

No kidding there... I was hoping with all the hype on the improvement and added strength of the DL, the addition of Zach Thomas in the middle, and defensive backfield's supposed quality depth... I was expecting more.

I want to see a rock crusher of a defensive line performance... I'm about sick and tired of non agressive, bend but don't break BS!!!

Every year it's the same thing... quick passes that just gash the D week in and week out in 6 to 8 yard chunks, then the third and short becomes almost automatic... I want stout doggonit!!!

Thicker than Guiness beer mixed with beef bullion stout!!!!

Let's get after that orange offense!!!!!!!!!
